“Exceptional! The trip was very well planned but flexible and Patsy and Catherine kept things flexible to cater for different interests. Rescheduling a planned outing to a different day was a good example. I wish I could think of some negatives that might suggest some improvements, but everything worked so well. Everything was perfect. Patsy and Catherine went above and beyond to make sure we had good information on every visit. Timing was flexible so it changed if we wanted more or less time during visits, which was appreciated. The driving was very good - I always felt very comfortable in the van”
